MONROVIA: President George Manneh Weah has disclosed that he will continue the development of Liberia as the utmost obsession of his government than to be bothered and distracted by mischiefs and falsehoods pivoted by detractors.
President Weah said he puts himself forth for national leadership with an ironclad commitment to transform the Liberian development landscape, ensure that young people have a viable future and to be able to access areas they can congregate to recreate and sharpen their inborn skills.
The Liberian Chief Executive made the comments Friday, when he spoke to reporters while inspecting recreation projects in PHP and Doe Communities.
“I am a focused and determined person, and I want to remain focused on developing the country,” President Weah asserted.
He said his overwhelming preoccupation has been to fulfill his promises to the people of Liberia and improve their standards of living.
