MONROVIA: President George Manneh Weah has made additional nominations in government pending confirmation by the Senate.

Those nominated are Madam Doris Sheba Brown, Board Member (Central Bank of Liberia); Ms. Willeeta Lawei Kollie, Assistant Superintendent for Fiscal Affairs (Montserrado County); and Moses K. White, Commissioner of Louisiana Township (Montserrado County).

Interestingly, Madam Browne was retired by the same CBL during the administration of former President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf and was given huge retirement package by CBL for services rendered the State. It is unclear as to what will become her retirement as well as the benefits, as she now returns to government-CBL.

President Weah made the nominations on Thursday, May 18, 2023, according to an Executive Mansion statement.
