The UP political leader believes that the Liberty Party (LP’s) political leader is fully up to the task to lead the team to victory comes October.

“Nyonblee is selfless, experienced and committed to us having a better and new Liberia, with that said, I am of the strongest conviction that she will deliver” Boakai noted.
He praised Senator Karnga-Lawrence, for being strong and steadfast despite the many challenges and unfortunate encounters and experiences she has had over the past and in present time.
He also called on partisans and supporters of the UP and its affiliating parties to work together to acquire a one round victory to rescue the people of Liberia.
According to him, there was no need to worry about money for campaign activities as the party is expected to get huge support from many people who believe in the transformation of the country.
The former Vice President of Liberia further noted that for Liberia to be a better and improved nation, it starts with few committed people; and these are the people that the country is awaiting.
Meanwhile, in her acceptance speech, Senator Karnga-Lawrence thanked Ambassador Boakai for the confidence and trust reposed in her to lead a team that she believes will rescue and deliver Liberia.
“Even though today is my birthday, but we decided to do a fundraiser to enable us raise one hundred thousand United States Dollars for poll-watching, and this shows how serious we are to rescue Liberia,” she said.
The Grand Bassa Lawmaker did not give a total of the amount that has been raised so far but noted that monies generated for the poll watching purpose by her team, was close to, or a little over one hundred thousand United States dollars.

The fundraiser program and Nyongblee’s 55th birth anniversary ceremony was chaired by the political leader of the Movement for One Liberia party (MOL) Madame MaCdella Cooper.
Senator Karnga-Lawrence promised that with such responsibility given her, supporters and well-wishers can rest assured that her team will deliver a “one round victory” to Ambassador Boakai and those who look up to them.
The tough-talking female politician encouraged those who support the Boakai-Koung ticket, to wake up and start to move in the various trenches, as time is not in their favor.
“I can assure you that a one round victory is setting, but we must not sit; it’s time to wake up and move all over with the message of the rescue mission,” she opined.
