The Justice Minister also lauded the Judiciary for its increasing support in the creation of access justice in the country.

According to the MoJ Boss, a secured working environment aids better performance and inspires motivation.

He also stressed the need for citizens and residents of River Cess County to use the newly constructed and dedicated edifice of the 14th Judicial Circuit Court to seek justice and snub all acts which are incompatible to justice and the rule of law.

To create a smooth playing field, and for transparent justice to prevail, Justice Minister Tweh also cautions the Judicial Branch of Government to work towards addressing the housing problems faced by judges and courts in counties across the country.

Chief Justice Yuoh noted that the Judiciary’s Five (5) five-year strategic plan will be in alignment and under the government’s ARREST agenda.
